As the global impact of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is increasing, new requirements are needed for professional TCM interpreters, leading to a heated discussion on TCM interpreting. Based on the theory of Chesterman's translation ethics model, this article elaborates on the professional ethics of TCM interpreters by analyzing interpreting features presented in different TCM interpreting settings. It is hoped that this article will offer new perspectives for future relevant studies.
